We weren't going to use a wedding coordinator -- thought it was just another expense that we didn't have to do. Someone recommended that we seriously consider it, though. Boy, are we glad we did! Hope was absolutely amazing right from the start. We had a lot of fears - what are we forgetting about? What do we not know that we need to think about? How are we going to time everything just right? How are we going to enjoy the day and not get stressed out? Before the wedding, Hope really shined in these areas. After connecting with her, we knew we could relax with confidence that everything was going to come together perfectly with conversations and promptings from her at just the right time to ensure we were prepared. She asked lots of questions and really listened to what was important to us. And on the day of the wedding, she totally blew us away! We never expected what she delivered. Everyone in the wedding party including the parents were relaxed and got to enjoy their day. Hope kept everything moving flawlessly. And at the end of the night, she had everything packed up and loaded in our cars for us! We literally got to spend every minute with the guests without ever worrying about a thing and when it was over, we just had to drive home. Many of the guests even commented on what a wonderful host she was. Super pleasant towards the guests, cleaning tables and more. I just can't recommend her highly enough. You will be thrilled with the value and service she provides!! She was amazing!

We had such a great experience working with Hope as our day-of wedding coordinator. She met with us to help plan out some of the logistical details before the wedding which was incredibly helpful as we were planning everything on our own. Hope took care of every detail on our wedding day and we did not have to worry about people being at the right place at the right time, the decorations being set up, sticking to the schedule with the photographer, etc. because she handled EVERYTHING. Being able to relax and enjoy our special day was priceless! We even received compliments on Hope’s services afterwards from friends and family members because she was THAT amazing! We cannot recommend her enough!!

Since weddings cost a lot of money, there are high expectations for that special day. Hope did a great job at meeting and exceeding our expectations. Not only did she make sure the whole bridal party was following the wedding day itinerary, but she also coordinated the whole day with all of the vendors (i.e. - photographer, DJ, caterer...). It was money well spent on Hope's services. Without her help, the burden would have been on my shoulders. Instead, I had a lovely day just soaking in the excitement and fun of being the mother of the bride. The day was flawless and enjoyed by all!
